Registrar and Transfer Agents

We have appointed an agent to maintain records of security owners. A transfer agent at DHYAANIINC is responsible to issue and cancel certificates to reflect changes in ownership of the securities of an entity and to act as an intermediary for the company. They also maintain the register of the issuer for each of the issues. The name, address, tax identification and social security number of each individual is recorded that owns the securities of DHYAANIINC.
